apartments
is

the
heart

the
town
of
Bad
Kreuznach.
Centrally
located
in
the
spa
district
and
in
the
immediate
vicinity
of
all
spa
facilities
such
as
the
thermal
baths
and
bath
house,
the
spa
park,
Oranienpark or the palace park. The clinics are also partly right around the corner or nearby.
The
pedestrian
zone
with
many
beautiful
and
small
shops,
various
coffee
houses
and
terrace
cafés,
lots
of
sights
such
as
the
bridge
houses,
our
historic,
old
new
town,
our
Kauzenburg
or
the
PUK
puppet
theater
in
the
castle
park
are happy about many visitors from all over the world as well as many other beautiful things in our amazing city.
Our
apartment
offers
you
a
generous
amount
of
space.
Equipped
with
a
mini-kitchen
with
a
freezer,
a
two-plate
cooker,
a
coffee
maker,
a
kettle,
crockery
and
everything
else
you
need
for
a
pleasant
stay.
A
small
shower
room
with shower, sink and toilet complete the hygiene area. The apartment also has a balcony.
And if you want to follow the news or something else, you also have a large flat television.
A
car
parking
space,
directly
at
the
apartment,
can
be
rented
for
the
duration
of
your
stay
after
consultation
and
availability.

In
the
Residenz
house
there
is
a
coin-operated
washing
machine
and
a
tumble
dryer
in
the
basement
that
can
be
used by every tenant.
**Garbage disposal and waste separation
In
front
of
the
main
entrance
there
is
a
small
storage
room
where
garbage
can
be
disposed
of
regularly
in
normal
household quantities. Please separate them as well and as far as possible into the designated containers.
Please
dispose
of
used
glass
in
appropriate
waste
glass
containers.
The
next
waste
glass
container
is
located
above
Badealle on the opposite side of Salinenstrasse.
***As
a
rule,
we
do
not
charge
any
extra
costs
for
final
cleaning,
as
our
guests
are
generally
very
friendly
about
everything.
Unfortunately,
in
individual
cases
it
happened
that
individual
guests
left
behind
such
a
mess
that
we
had to charge a flat rate of 50 euros if this happened.
We will pass this amount on 1:1 to our cleaning staff.
